Clinical Social Worker

Carlson Recruiters is currently partnering with a specialized rehabilitation and behavioral health facility in Abu Dhabi to recruit an experienced Clinical Social Worker.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with mental health, addiction, and rehabilitation needs.

Key Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW)
✔ Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
✔ Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience
✔ DOH License or eligibility for DOH licensure in Abu Dhabi
✔ Experience in mental health, addiction, rehabilitation, community care, or psychosocial services preferred
✔ Arabic speaking is preferred
✔ Candidates outside the UAE are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
•⁠ ⁠Support patients throughout their rehabilitation and recovery journey
•⁠ ⁠Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support to patients and families
•⁠ ⁠Facilitate discharge planning and community reintegration programs
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
•⁠ ⁠Advocate for patients' social, emotional, and practical needs
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records
•⁠ ⁠Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and treatment planning
