Clinical Psychologist – Addiction & Rehabilitation
Carlson Recruiters is currently partnering with a specialized rehabilitation and behavioral health facility in Abu Dhabi to recruit an experienced Clinical Psychologist.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with substance use disorders, addiction, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Key Requirements
✔ Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
✔ Minimum 2 years of work experience post home-country licensure (mandatory)
✔ DOH License or eligibility for DOH licensure in Abu Dhabi
✔ Demonstrable experience in addiction and/or rehabilitation services (mandatory)
✔ Experience conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions
✔ Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment
✔ Arabic speaking (mandatory)
✔ Candidates outside the UAE are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case reviews
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
• Support relapse prevention, recovery planning, and rehabilitation programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, occupational therapists, and nursing teams

We are looking for Tier 1/Tier 2 qualified dedicated compassionate Paediatrician to be responsible for the medical care of children from infancy to adolescence at their private clinic. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to relate to children. Strong decision-making diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Must be of caring and compassionate nature when working with children and their families.
The Paediatrician provides general medicine growth and development monitoring and immunization tracking and administering. He/She will also ease children with chronic conditions and offer support and advice to parents about children's health safety nutrition and fitness needs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses medical conditions and injuries
- Ordering performing and interpreting diagnostic tests
