About the Role
Carlson Recruiters is currently partnering with a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary addiction and rehabilitation team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialized clinical setting, supporting individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions to improve their independence, daily functioning, and quality of life.
Key Requirements
✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
✔ Experience working within addiction, rehabilitation, or mental health services (mandatory)
✔ Experience conducting functional assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
✔ Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
✔ Strong commitment to patient-centered and evidence-based care
✔ Eligible for DOH licensure in Abu Dhabi
✔ Arabic speaking is an advantage
