About the Role
Carlson Recruiters is currently partnering with a specialized rehabilitation and behavioral health facility in Abu Dhabi to recruit experienced Western-trained Registered Nurses.
We are seeking nurses with backgrounds in:
🔹 Emergency Room (ER)
🔹 Mental Health / Psychiatry
🔹 Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Key Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
✔ Western-trained nurses preferred
✔ DOH License or eligibility for DOH licensure in Abu Dhabi
✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
✔ Experience in ER, ICU, Mental Health, Psychiatry, Addiction Services, or Rehabilitation settings preferred
✔ Strong communication and patient-care skills
✔ Candidates outside the UAE are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients within a rehabilitation and behavioral health setting
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in clinical condition
• Support patients with mental health, addiction, and rehabilitation needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case reviews
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and continuity of care
• Contribute to a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment
